Suggest A Remedy For The Pain And Swelling In Shin
i hit my shin quite badly three week ago and it came up like a golf ball, the swelling has gone down, but has left me with a hard lump, the pain has gone down my shin to my ankle which is very bruised and painful, it actually hurts worst around my ankle than the oriniginal bump to the shin, could i have splitted the bone? i am 53 and have high blood platlets.
