Suggest Any Other Means To Keep Headache Under Control Other Than Medication

hello Dr,i am a family physcician with MBBS degree,practicing since 25 years,i practice from 11am to 9pm with 10mts break for lunch at 5pm
i am experiencing migraine [status type]since 20 years for which i am on betacap tr 40mg at night,tab amitone 75mg at night,tab clonazapam 2mg at night since 15 years ,i am totally dependant,kindly advise is there by any other means i can keep my headache under control
