Suggest Cause And Remedy For White Skin Around The Vagina

I'm 28 years old and not sexually active. However, the area around my urethral and vaginal opening has turned white in color, which I've never had before in my life. They are not itchy, but sometimes, leave these uncomfortable feelings. It does not painful when i urinate and all. And, there is no smelly or thickened discharge. I've been having these symptoms for 3 days now. What might these be? Should I meet a gynecology specialist and get myself checked?
