Suggest Cause & Treatment For Pain In Penis Tip

I have severe pain in the tip of penis upon urination for 1 week now. Originally diagnosed with NGU, I was treated with Azithromyacin for possible Chlamydia. Since treatment, the pain has NOT stopped. An additional urine culture was done 2 days after treatment with negative results. I don t have any discharge and I was advised by my Dr. to use a mix of 1% Hydrocortisone cream and 1% Clotrimazole cream, to try to ease the pain. I ve been using it now for 3 days now; it does help ease the pain, however, if I don t use it after every time I urinate, I get the SEVERE pain back again. My Penis is now super sensitive on the tip, and the skin on the top of my penis seems discolored and the head seems Jaundice. I am super concerned about the health of my penis and I m looking for any help I can get to identifying possible causes.
