Suggest Cure For A Yeast Infection

I had recently taken an antibotic(azithromycin) and 3 days later a red rash formed under my breast. Then I noticed red bumps in my upper pubic area and on my stomach and a little bit under my arm pits. My doctor said it was a yeast infection and prescribed Flunocasole and said to apply Monistat cream twice daily for seven days. The itching had subsided but the red spots are still there. Did I have an alergic reaction to the antibiotic along with the yeast infection or is this something totally different?
