Suggest Cure For Tumor Appearing On The Head

Hello, my mother has recently noticed a soft spot on the top of her head about a cm in diameter. Doctors originally thought it was multiple meloma, but blood and urine tests proved negative. Now she noticed a crack going from her forehead to the soft spot on her head. She has also noticed that her eyes are dilated, especially when she wakes up in the morning. I am just wondering, what could this possibly be? She has experienced no head trauma and we are clueless.
