hi, i have disc buldges at c6 and c7. I am very active and am having difficulty maintaing my exersise routine. I play racket ball and basketball at least once week, I run 2 to 3 times a week and try to lift weights three times a week. My ultimate goal is to gain 20 lbs of muscle mass. I have constant inflimation in my neck, traps and upper back. Occasionaly the pain radiates down my arms. As of today the pain is on both my left and right side. I have had 2 epiderals in the past 4 years and I really want to avoid surgery. Currently my traps are very week and shrugs caus inflamition. there any exercises i can do to strengthen this area with out causing iritation?
