Suggest Medication For PCOS Condition

I am a 40 year old woman, single with no children, I have diabetes and pcos though my periods have come back normal now without taking the pill as it made me sick. I have been having this problem since I was 23 and makes me feel miserable, I am overweight but have lost a stone but this came about when I was a normal weight of 9 stone. My ovaries feel like it is being squeezed really hard on both left and right side, the twitching goes all down my legs as well and when my period is due the tightness and twitching in my pelvis gets worse. The twitching in my pelvis and down my legs are there all the time so I am never at rest with this as it is always with me, it is ruining my life. I also have problems urinating now, the pain is as high as just under the pubic bone and runs down to the side of the bladder, what could this be...
