Suggest Medication For Burning Sensation In Chin Due To Reaction From Hair Removal Chemical

Hello...I purchased a product called LASSY LEGS, it is product that buffs away unwanted hair. On Monday I used the piece intended for small areas to remove hair under my chin. About an hour after using the product my chin began to burn!! It felt like I had left a chemical on to long and was burned!! I blotted the area with clear water and applied Vasaline to the area, however the burning sensation continued!! Now 2 days later, the area of my chin that was burning looks red and raw and still burns. There is a red raw area and around it, it's dark. I tried to apply creams that would sooth and heal it, but I'm having no luck. On the back of the item package it says that it works great on sensitive areas. Do you have any ideas for me? I am in a lot of pain. Thank you...Andrea J
