Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Give her Paracetamol 3-4 times daily to control fever and Ondansetron suspension 5ml 2-3 times daily to control vomiting. Give frequent sips of fluids like ORS to avoid dehydration. If no improvement in 2 days, stool is blood stained, or if she becomes lethargic / not feeding, kindly take her to your pediatrician for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
