Suggest Medication For Lower Back To Hip Pain During Menstrual Period

I am a 32 year old woman with lower back pain and pain down my IT band on my right side (sharp stabbing pain deep in hip socket and midway down my right outer thigh). The pain is linked to my menstrual cycle, appearing midway through the month and going away when I get my period. The pain is not constant during this part of the month, but instead is triggered by bowel movement (pain builds until I go to the bathroom, then lifts 10-15 minutes after I relieve myself) and sexual arousal. I've been to many, many doctors with no luck. I had a laproscopic surgery 6 years ago and endometriosis was ruled out, and have had cortizone shots in my hip and long stretches of physical therapy, which also did not fix the problem. I have had this pain for at least 10 years but possibly longer. Thank you so much!
