Suggest Medication For Migraine & Cold

I am fighting a cold for the 3rd week in Spain now. I had the same last winter, same symptoms, same weather, same cold. This year it just doesn't seem to end. It started slow with an intolerance to cold air. I felt the slightest draft of air through a window or door like a hurricane. Then my nose started to run with water for 2 weeks and my ears got clogged. Went to doc and got antibiotics ciprofloxacin that took me off my feet. I got a terrible migraine attack from them, my head wanted to burst, my eyes explode. I stopped taking them after 2 days and feel much better now. But now I got terrible night sweats and have to change shirts 6 times, drenched. No fever. Am I getting better and is my body fighting this properly? What else can I take except medication? I need to build up my immune system when I am over this. What do you suggest?
