Suggest Medication For Nodular Tendonitis To Mid Shaft Of Ulnar Bone

I just got back from gen surgeon. He told me I may have nodular tendonitis to to midshaft of my ulnar bone. Symptoms started as pain, redness, and edema about 1 1/2 weeks, which ran about 20 CM along my arm. Inflamation then subsided to a single area, and became a focalized lump to midshaft ulnar area, proximal to the muscle, along the ulna. It has since slowly grown to about 1.5 CM, which is a visible lump on the surface. It feels as though it is attached to the bone. It is now painful when I lean on it, producing a pinching feeling. ...Secondary, possible related condition. I have had a knot in the mid-calf area for about 2 months, which almost constantly aches. It feels as though when massaged, the tendon is painful, and the hand will "pop" over the area with the knot. I have never been tested for RA, but have a very knotty looking joint on my 5th metatarsal. This joint has reduced ROM. May this all be related?
