Suggest Medication To Stop Hairloss

I am 72, suffer from asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure. Lately I have lost too much hair in front. I used Minoxidil solution (2 percent) but did not benefit. I was recommended Anastim concentrate and I have bought that very expensive compound but I am afraid of its side effects. Also, unlike Minoxidil 5 percent, will it reverse the hair growth? ,
