Suggest Medications For Severe Headache And Back Pain
horrible headache in the back of my head. Sharp pain when sneeze or cough or bend over, stiff neck and back pain. Have been taking aspirin all day and just took a diazepam. Still in pain. Is there a better medication I could take? normally aspirin kills my headache but not today.

If the term, worse headache you ever had applies to this headache, then you need to see your doctor because imaging is needed.
Usually when a person states that they are experiencing a headache like this, imaging is needed to rule out a more serious cause of headache particularly when it is not responding to pain killers as it normally would.
The presence of neck stiffness is also concerning though this can sometimes occur in tension headaches.
