Suggest Medicine For Chloasma

dear doc
i am 44 yrs old suffering from deep seated malesma/chloasma,
i used kojic acid/hydroquinon creams etc with varied results,my friend is using acid mandelic prep with good results,i want you to suggest me some ointments etc for better results,
my climaxis are nearing ,since 6-7 months i am having heavy periods,i am anaemic and both my sons were cessarians,younger one is 12 yrs old.
