Hi, i am 22yrs old. I suffer from dysmennorhea. I experience lot of pain in my abdomen during my periods alongwith heavy bleeding, vomiting and constipation. the pain is so severe I m unable to do any work nor go out. The pain spreads to the pelvic region and the inner thigh. I consulted a doctor who suggested vitamin cap premense, it didnt work much though, so I consulted another doctor who adviced on geting the nerve ablation technique or a surgery. I am concerned if thats the last option available isnt there any medication for that or treatment which does nt require surgery?? Pls help. i have been admitted in the month of aug for heavy bleeding any weakness during periods.
