Suggest Permanent Cure For LPP

hi sir i am surbhi , i am suffering with LPP from last 5 yrs . this problem start to spreat first in my hands and than my neck back and littile bit on my face i uesd dipson 1 and half yrs and currenty i used the medician hansepran 100 and cream pimecrolimus cream 1% . but i dont get any positive result this problem continue spread . plz provide me good suggestion . i want to remove this diease in my body
