After a long interval I had sex with my wife 6 months ago. Top head outside skin of my penis is tearing into small reddish cuts. I went to skin doctor and suggested for Siloderm oinment. I used the same and the problem was solved. As I am working abroad, I went for 6 months job, now I came back and had sex with my wife. The same problem has again started and my wife is also having the same type of irritation and itching around her vagina. Please suggest a permanent solution
