Suggest Precautions To Be Taken After Losing Newborn Baby Due To Ruptured Intestine

HELLO DOCTOR,

i got a torch test done on 20september 2010, with a positive igg.

i delivered a baby boy on 25th september, on 36th week and 4 days of my pregnancy.

the baby was having mild iugr and moderate stomach ascites on delivery, after delivery in the usg of baby it was found six inches part of baby's intestine including apendix and gland secreting vitamin b12 was raptured and damaged completely, he was operated the 2nd day and operation was successful but my child could not survive the pains and died on 30th september,

everything else was normal with me and the child,

please doctor i request you and beg you to reply me please that what could have been a cause and what precautions should i take further, i am 24 yrs old.
