Suggest Remedies For Cut Wounds Filled With Dirt And Pus

My son cut his feet pretty badly on oyster shells at the beach yesterday. Lots of cuts, so long. Can t get the dirt out of them. SOme leaking puss already. Painful. Difficult to walk. How do I clean them? Tried to soak yesterday but alot of the dirt is still in the wounds.

As wounds are filled with dirt , so soak these wound into povidone solution ( dilute with water ,if tepid well & good ) and wash gently and through ,till all dirt and foreign particle s cleanse .
Once be sure that all wounds are clear because dirt is source of infection.
Now. povidone ointment use for dressing twice in day for two days , thereafter once in day till cure.
When such patient visit I usually prescribe them aceclofenac 200 mg twice in a day for 5-7 days with serratiopeptidase 10 mg twice in day . Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day for 5-7 days .
As all these drugs are prescription drugs so consult a primary care physician and get his prescription.
