Suggest Remedies For Irregular Periods And Cramps

Hello, I am 42 years old. My last period was on Jan 18th, then again had a two days bleeding on 24th Jan. after that I didn't had period in till now.
I did do the EPT and that came negative.
But, I do have the feeling of slight cramps, just like I have before my regular periods.
Should I be concerned or wait till I go to my gynec.
