HI SIR ,I'M A MEDICO JUST FINISHED MY MBBS , YESTERDay i saw a case of acitrome induced skin rashes, it was a old case of sagittal sinus thrombosis who was on tab. acitrom 4mg per day for past 6 months yesterday pt suddenly developed reddish macular erythematous rashes all over his lower limb, is there any specific treatment? or will it reduce on itself? is discontinuation of acitrome advisable?
