Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. The cheni khaini consists of tobacco as a main constituent. Tobacco is a highly addictive substance and cause dependence. This is the reason you are finding it difficult to quit and loss of concentration occur as withdrawal effect. To reduce the craving and withdrawal symptoms after quitting medicines like Bupropion can help. This medicine will help to reduce the withdrawal symptoms and will reduce the anxiety. To replenish the amount of tobacco in body Nicotine gums can help. The dose of the gums can be reduced gradually once you are free of khaini. Please visit a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Thanks, Take care
