Suggest Remedy For Allergic Red Itchy Blotches

hi, 18 year old female, red botches and sometimes little bite like bumps appearing randomly all over body, then dissapearing. ichy and annoying. been about 3 weeks now. no obviously bad allergies, allergic to wool, so i never wear it, have hayfeaver, but on loratadine, which helps tons. going through a levels, thought it might be stress, but it's a little random.
