I noticed that the head of my pennis has some allergy. My pennis is not circumcised, but i generally wash and keep it clean. When i pull the skin down, i notice that the inside rolled back skin is inflamated and is burning. I dont mastrubate nor have i applied any sort of creams or lotions. There is not much of a redness, but the area has become a little pale because of the inflamation.

What could be the reason and whats the remedy?
