I fell almost 2 years ago and now my recent x-ray showed I was almost bone on bone and have bone spurs.When I bend my knee, if you put your finger on the inside side of the knee cap, you can feel grinding.I am afraid to walk, exercise, etc. because I'm afraid the grinding is going to wear down what is left of my cartlidge. I don't even know if I should wear my Tommy Copper compression sleeve because I am afraid it will put additional pressure on the knee cap and deteriorate the cartlidge even more. I want to dance, walk, bike ride, exercise but I'm afraid to do anything. Please advise....Thank you
