Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Hand Filled With Fluid

Hi, two days ago I treated my body for scabies, I washed my sheets, my clothes, and kept the treatment on for 10 hrs (permetherin) before washing it off. I also as a precaution did not sleep in my bed for over 48 hrs, and sprayed it all down with alcohol. I am still experiencing pruritis, and the bumps have not gone away. I also have noticed that there are a few bumps on my hand that are filled with fluid. Do you think the treatment worked? How will I know that
