Suggest Remedy For Cold And Wheezing

Hello Dr Good Evening , my Kid is 3 yrs old last 2 days she is having heavy cough, and flum and mild fever . we consult DR and he advices to give Relent , Asthaline and P250 . we have given 2 dose but still she feel like veesing . do i need to give any other medicine.
