Suggest Remedy For Constant Headaches And Blurred Vision

I have been diagnosed with 3 benign meningiomas. One in the occipital lobe measuring 2.5 cm and the other two are in the parietal complexity measuring 5mm and 8mm. The larger tumor is very close to the sagittal sinus. One opinion was to use the lunar radiosurgery to kill the tumor and possible have a shunt installed for the hypertension because the symptoms would not go away. The second opinion stated that surgery would most likely be the option but need an angiography to know for sure. The mid shows a very thin line of blood flow at the sagittal sinus. The tumor appears to have contact with the flax like e and is near the formula. The second opinion does not want to address the smaller tumors and just watch them. I have constant headaches, some blurred vision (just starting ) and pulsating sounds. Thanks for your opinion
