Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods,fever,vomiting,cough And Sore Throat

Hi there. I am very young and had unprotected sex a month ago from yesterday, but, the day after I had sex, my menstrual cycle began. I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but we only had sex for a very short period of time. 30 seconds tops. I was due for my period two days ago, on the 19th, and didn't receive it. Yesterday, on the 20th, I woke up feeling sick with a fever and threw up all day. Today i am feeling better but I have a cough and a raspy, itchy throat. I was wondering if I could talk to a doctor about it, so if you have any advice for me, please let me know. Thank you.
