Suggest Remedy For Dizziness Followed By Headaches
34yr old male 6â??3â?? 257 lbs. dizziness, headaches and slight confusion increasing in last 4 months. I have had ringing ears for years. I was normally hypertensive (BP 151/97 for years)
My Doctors are not sharing info with each other and Iâ??m concerned Iâ??m not getting the help needed.
I have had MRI(clear), ENT testing (clear), MRA(clear), VNG(ok but pulse was 43-52, BP 77/55), autonomic testing (ok). At every consultation or appointment, my BP keeps getting lower. Iâ??m on heart event monitor but I have no other symptoms other than described above. Symptoms are constant but I am losing energy and stamina. I Struggle working 8 hr shift as a foreman of a manufacturing shop. I mostly walk and think at work. Sometimes I do strenuous activity but not frequent. I am tired almost all of the time. What should I do? I have cardiologist appointment in a month and sleep apnea testing in 3 weeks.
