Suggest Remedy For Dizziness

Recently, I have been waking up to find the room spinning, and dizziness. I don't know why this is, as it is not a regular thing. The first time it happened I felt extremely sick the whole day, but now I am not getting the sickness, but still the dizziness and spinning of room.
