Suggest Remedy For Excessive Bleeding
i am 43 yrs old, and probably going thru pre menopausal period, i suffer from DUB and i get my periods quite early say in 23 days and excessive bleeding has left me highly anemic...my hb is 7.5 (cbc test done shows iron deficiency), platelet count is 350000, i get tired of the excessive bleeding...what can i do about that..
