Suggest Remedy For Fungal Infection On Skin

Am a 28 years old, female suffering from a fungal infection that has been on my skin for 38 days (never suffered from any before); from the neck to my ankles,...almost, including my arms up to the wrists...with small uninfected parts here and there. Been on oral meds for 29 days today with only a day to go, and applying a topical cream on the skin twice a day. My question is, can I trust the infection will clear completely or should I have to take the meds and apply the cream for an extended period, and if so, how much longer? Thanks.
