Understanding your concern. As per your query you have oily skin with pimples, dark circles and sun burn because of infection of bacteria when clogged pores gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are taking many medications and not getting benefitted much. Need not to worry. You should use betnovate ceam twice daily. You should apply sun screen Such as TAN CARE rich in SPF 26. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course. doctor may prescribe laser therapy. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
