hi just wanted to get some advice .. my chest is firm but i have some fat deposition in my lower chest it is not much ... my nipple looks puffy when i wear a body fit t-shirts .. it is so embarassing ... i really want to get rid of this but i dont know whom to consult about this ... i really dont want to undergo any sugery but would like to get it treated my medicines .. the only thing which worries me is the puffy nipples ... i m prone to acidity for which i was under treatment and was also getting treatment for depression which i have stopped completely 4 mnths ago .. can you pls help

You have prominent nipple with puffy chest.
Breast enlargement may be seen in male and it is called as gynecomastia. You should go for mammography to rule out any breast mass. you should consult general surgeon for gynecomastia. Then plan accordingly.
