I suffered a sports injury around 12 yrs ago and injured knee. Now it unlocks every now and then even while walking, and causes intense pain. I cannot climb steps, walk for long or do any strenuous activity for fear of this now. Local doc said I need arthroscopic surgey, and that my menicus was teared. Other doc said my ligament was torn.
