Suggest Remedy For Red, Dry Spots In Buttocks

Hi,thanks for your kindness,acctually Ihave a dry spots on butt sometimes it turns to red and its really annoying me,Iconsulted many doctors and they all adviced me to use DEPROSALIC OINTMENT and a kind of cream contains urea, thats it, but it didnt last,as soon as I finish my medication the spots come again, so pleas, please find me a solution,
