Suggest Remedy For Redness And Soreness In Vaginal Area

I have been sick with a severe sinus infection for over a month. Two hours ago, I noticed in my vaginal area, right below my vulva, that there was redness and soreness, possibly with tiny bumps (although it's hard to tell). I have been through 4 courses of antibiotics and have noticed this recurring occasionally over the course of this month. What could it be?
