Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache

Hi, I woke up two mornings ago feeling stiff and achey. By noon I had a headache (felt like sinus) and by midafternoon I was chilled. I took some ibuprophen, a bunch of fluids and went to bed early. Yesterday morning a woke up stiff, but feeling pretty good. By noon I had a definite sinus headache and the bridge of my nose started feeling tender. By midafternoon again had chills, body aches and slight nasal congestion with little to no clear discharge. More fluids, more Ibuprophen. Woke up today feeling almost normal. By noon symptoms started up again and by 3 the bridge of my nose is so tender I can hardly touch it. It is slightly swollen (enough for my daughter to notice) and slightly red. No fever no chills today, but severe headache (between eyes/temples/base of neck). I've never had the nose issue before and the "cold" symptoms are not that severe.
