This morning i had nothing on my face. In the afternoon, i saw a spot on the side of my bottom lip. I don t know what this is. Whenever i move my lip, the spot hurts. It is white/yellow-ish in colour. Please help! There has been no major change in my diet. I am 6 2 and weigh 100 KG (220 lbs) - if that counts for anything. I don t really use anything on my face. I only use face wash and moisturizing cream. The face wash i use is Nivea for Men and the cream is Johnsons. The cream cannot be the cause, i have been using it for a long time without anything unusual. I don t think the face wash can also be the cause, because i used to get many spots before and the face wash prevented them. I have been using face wash for about 8-9 months. What is this? How can i get rid of it?
