Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Excessive Mucus

My sire throat began with a runny nose, than a day after I had a sore throat, below my right chin, I have difficluty swallowing , the pain sometimes extends to the right ear, when swallowing (saliva, food water) it feels like there is a rough edge rubbing against the lower side
of the right throat. At night I feel feverish. On this third day the mucous seems thicker. Thank you for your answer.
