Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat

i woke up with a little bit of a sore throat and the roof of my mouth felt wierd(the back part of the roof of my throat.) I looked at the roof of my mouth and there are red blotches on it and my boyfriend said my throat is red. my throat dosent hurt really.
