Suggest Remedy For Spondylolisthesis

I am a 65 year old woman and I have since today started vaginal bleeding. I have had back, leg and hip pain for a year which has been diagnosed as spondylolisthesis. My back became actively spasmodic on Monday but has since settled down to milder pain. In the last few days I have experienced urgency but not painful need to urinate. I am usually fit and active - until the back problems a year ago I was a regular runner.
