Suggest Remedy For Swollen Glands

I have seen my Dr and he perscribed Doxycycline Hyclate tabs 100mg twice a day for 10 days, I have finished this course however my glands are still swollen, I smoke marijuana on a daily basis, I know this probably doesn't help as the glands are still swollen, I am taking a pro biotic to replace good bacteria in my throat/mouth, what do you suggest?
