Suggest Remedy For Tiny White Spots On My Penis

Hi, I have had a few tiny white spots on my penis around frenulum for about 6 months. They're not painful however I sometimes feel a slight discomfort in the penis. Could you give me an advice if this is something I should be concerned about?
