Suggest Remedy For Yellowish, Scaly, Lumpy Patch Behind Left Ear Along The Hairline

I am a 32y male, 193 cm, 68 kg. My father has been treated for eczema. I have a 3 cm x 1 cm yellowish, scaly, lumpy patch behind my left ear along the hairline. It itches intermittently, but is not painful, even when pressure is applied. Within the hairline it is slightly reddish in color. No other areas are present. Is this more likely to be scalp psioriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, or something else?
