Suggest Remedy To Relieve Body Pain
I have stenosis of my cervical spine as well as lumbar (lower back). Have had a fusion on L4/L5/S1. Currently have been having excrutiating pain in my neck, across my shoulders, forearm, elbow, low back, buttocks and legs, and tingling and burning in my hands and feet. Sometimes I have tightness in my neck and chest area. What should I do?
