Was diagnosed with RSI in my right shoulder last year as a result of sitting at my computer all day, as a result I attended pyhsiotherapy which helped and now have an ergonomic keyboard and mouse pad which keeps everything pretty neutral, also have a proper chair at my desk, but am experiencing a great deal of pain again, now it is righ between my shoulder blades as if the other side is over compensating. I do fairly regular exercise as I have been tryint to get fitter all round and have been seeing great results with not only weight loss but also muscle toning and this does help my muscles feel stronger. But, I am wondering if there is anything else I can try to decrease the level of pain I am experiencing as it is almost unbareable somedays and I'm not sure what else I can do?
